Thanks for your interest in joining the network of appraisers at Coast to Coast Appraisal Management.  We use only the best appraisers throughout the country and we strive to treat their body of work with the most respect it deserves.

 

Please complete the attached application so that we may have a current file with your qualification at hand.  Our clientele of is comprised of  national banking and mortgage institutions.  In accordance with their guidelines, we expect high quality work with a rapid turn time.  We, in turn, will continue to have you fill their orders provided you can meet the expectations.  We expect borrowers be contact within 24 hours of receipt of the order and the completed report be delivered within 48 hours after inspection.  We also expect our appraisers to keep our automated system updated with relevant information such as when the inspection is scheduled.  We promptly pay our appraisers within 30 business days upon the successful uploading of the completed report into our system. No invoice is necessary as our system automatically creates one for you when the report is delivered.

 

In considering your approval we will need all of the following information:

 
  • Copy of current state licenses and certificates for all appraisers in your office that will work for Coast to Coast Appraisal Management.
  • W-9
  • Resume’ with at least 3 references
  • Copy of Errors and Omissions Insurance
  • Fee Schedule
  • Sample Appraisal Report

Payment cannot be processed until all of these items are on file with our office.
